Our Mission
The Advo-Kids CASA mission is to provide screened, trained and supervised community volunteers to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children involved in juvenile court dependency proceedings.
Our Program
Advo-Kids CASA was established in 2006 and served Fayette and Spalding Counties. Today, Advo-Kids CASA serves the Griffin Judicial circuit and includes Fayette, Pike, Spalding and Upson Counties. Currently, our circuit averages approximately 250 children in foster care.
Advo-Kids CASA is a member of the National Court Appointed Special Advocates Association and an affiliate of Georgia CASA.
Our volunteers
Many volunteers have joined Advo-Kids CASA over the years and continue to join with dedication and determination in making a difference in the lives of children.
We believe that every abused and neglected child deserves a safe and permanent home. CASA volunteers play a significant role in helping children find permanency as quickly as possible while providing each child a voice during court proceedings.
CASAs bring urgency to the needs and wishes of children in foster care and ensure the outcome of each case is the child's best interest.
CASAs help change lives.
